Bidder Registration

Please Read:  To be able to bid, you must have a credit card that we can charge a $500.00 fee if and only if  you are the winning bidder.  If you do not have a credit card you can send in a certified check or money order made out to yourself.  Once we receive the check we will email you the confirmation that you are now allowed to bid.  If you are not the winning bidder simply contact us to return your check or you could continue to bid on other properties.
