We are the largest wholesale property company in Wayne County.  Our Goal is to keep the Real Estate market growing in the City of Detroit.  We offer our investors a wide variety of opportunities through different types of Real Estate, such as residential, commercial and/or industrial.All properties are located in Wayne County.

General Auction and Bidding Information
All listed residential and commercial properties are auctioned to the highest bidder. You must register to bid on properties. Please click on the registration icon. You could use a credit card is or send in a certified check/money order to register to bid.  A fee of $500 will be charged if you have the winning bid or we will process the check/money order.  Within three (3) business days of the auction end date a 10%  none refundable down payment must be made.  Closing should take place within 30 days of the auction end date.

Registering
Go to the registration tab to complete the registration process. A credit card account is required to which a $500 fee will be charged ONLY if you are the successful bidder or we will process your certified check/money order. This fee will be applied to the required deposit of 10% that is due within three (3) days from the end date of the auction.

Closing Cost
There are none on a Quit claim deed.
