Step 1 - Register to Bid
To bid, you must first register on the site. Registration is currently free, but it is necessary to receive a screen name and password.
To Register you will need a valid credit card. The only time a charge could be processed on your credit card is if you are the successful bidder on a property or you default on closing within 30 days after end of the auction. Register now

Step 2 - Place a Bid
When you get ready to place a bid, you may do so from the Listings Page for that property by clicking the Bid Now button in the listing box. You will then be prompted to enter your Screen Name and Password selected when you registered. At that point, you will either bid the next bid increment (which will be offered in the Bid Now box) or you can enter a higher bid. You can also login to the system using your Screen Name and password at the beginning of your session, and then place your bids. The bid process is still the same.
